This privacy statement covers the collection, treatment and use of any personal information gathered by TRUSTiiN from the visitors to the Site (hereafter referred to as “you”, “your”, “user”, “tester”, “client”). Our privacy policy is based upon the values set by the Canadian Standards Association’s Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

Information Collection and Use

Personal information is any information that identifies you, or by which your identity could be deduced. We use your Personal Information only for improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

For each visitor to the Site, our web server automatically recognizes the user’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. For TRUSTiiN tester or client, this information may include, but not limited to, your name, contact information (email address or phone number), postal code, occupation, and industry. Since TRUSTiiN regularly reviews all of its policies and procedures, we may change our Privacy Policy from time to time. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to the Site to notify you of these changes and registered users will be notified via email.
